Bob is a highly qualified and caring professional. He was ***very*** helpful and did not rest until he successfully solved the issue I had with an uncooperative servo amp in a large piece of muscle testing and training equipment. Others would have surely given up on the issue. Not Bob. He perservered until he found a solution. He is honest and fair in business. I would recommend Bob without reservation!

Repairs were completed in a very short time. They were able to repair a 25 year old servo drive witch is amazing in this (obsolete in 10 years) era. They have helped me in other situations as well.

We had a PDM 20 servo controller repaired by ABG and it appears to working just fine. Another repair company told us it was unrepairable.

I purchased a replacement motor controller from ABG Tronic, however it still had to be configured to function properly. Bob was very patient and constructive in discussing the options. Finally I sent the defective part to Canada and received a working replacement shortly thereafter, the only delaying factor being the money transfer from the Netherlands. Notably, Bob also suggested options which would make him less money than my original purchase order. ABG has a happy custommer in Holland.

It has been a delightful experience to work with Bob @ ABG. He has proven to be trustworthy and dependable. I found ABG's phone number on line. I called and Bob answered.
We arranged an exchange, and upon giving him a tracking number he expedited it the same day. It was damage by the UPS shipment. When he heard, he arranged to have a second one expedited the same day. It saved the day to say the least.
Additionally, I had sent a repair to him on standard repair time. The need for it changed on my end and I needed it rushed. They repaired it and sent it back to me the same day they received it.
I will be sending them our electrical repairs from this point on.

I have 6 Anatol Vindicator machine and it has 2 kollmorgen CRO 6250 drivers,Anatol Company talk to me about this model of drive is obsolet now... so Oh i will get very big problem but.......... I get now ABGtronic to save me........... Bob simply the best

All went well. Thanks to your extra effort shipping the unit that evening,

The drive on our router went down, The manufacture did not have spare parts in stock, Seimens did not have stock. Bob had our drive repaired in less than 24 hrs without any 'rush' charge. Thanks ABG for your great service!

ABGTronic was fantastic to work with. They fixed a computer part for one of my office tables that nobody else was able to do. Not only was their work excellent...there service was outstanding. They called me to keep me updated, and put my mind at ease during this whole process. Not to mention the cost came in 100.00 less then they quoted...what honest and reliable people. Our router went down on Monday, it's now Wednesday about 10:30am and everything is up and running. ABG fixed our controller and sent if back in less time than anyone else. (everyone else was telling us 5-10 working days, we even got one that said 3-4 weeks) ABG did everything they said they would and more, thank you very much.

we tried different companies to service the drives we are using. then we tried ABG. we are more than satisfied with the service, and the price is very good. the personnel is friendly and the now what the do. TRY THEM you wont regret
